RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery, please contact us within 7 days. Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery i.e. if an item was delivered on 1st January, it can be returned till 8th January. Please note that return request will not be processed if the item is “no longer needed”.

What are the conditions for returning an item?

For all Fashion & Beauty products that are not in below restricted categories , can be returned by providing their reason of return and must follow the below requirement during return time.

- Items must be in original condition as delivered

- Item must not be used and must not have any stain or mark on it.

- Items must include all original packaging accessories and / or tags.

If you bought a General Merchandise or Electronic item (anything other than a Fashion or Beauty product), please must follow the requirement before requesting a return.

- Seal Must be intact as delivered , item in original condition and not used.

- Item must include all packaging and accessories  ( including warranty cards , manuals, certificates if authenticity , tags etc) that came with it

- Items must be in original condition 

All items sent for return first go through quality check to ensure they are returned in the original condition. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

What is the process of returning an item?

If your item does not fall under restricted categories, you can initiate a return request by calling our help center (021) 34520015-18. Our customer service team will guide about the return procedure. By providing them some piece of information as below : 

- Your Order Number

- The reason for the return

How long does it take to get a refund?

Store Credit: Within 1-2 business days after quality check

Bank Deposit: Within 5-7 business days after quality check

What items cannot be returned?

Items that fall in the following categories are not eligible for returns:

Men & Women Innerwear and Swimwear

Skincare and Haircare products

Perfumes and Fragrances (including Deodorants)

Grocery Items

Custom or made to order products

Laundry and Cleaning

All Games & Movies

Certain Sale Product

Can I request a replacement rather than a refund?

If you prefer to replace your product, just let our Customer Service executive know your choice and we will call you as soon as your initial product has been received, and we have looked into availability of the replacement product. 

What will happen if my return request is not approved?

If you return request is not approved we will inform about the reason. Your product will be sent back to you without any shipping charges.
